Russell DeLozier and his Staff at Royal Aire are top notch professionals! I’ve known Russell for a number of years and I can honestly say he is fair and takes the time to explain things so you know what you’re getting. I had a new Trane/Mitsubishi hybrid furnace and 2 Mitsubishi mini splits installed. Russell’s staff did a great job, were very polite, and they cleaned up and disposed of the old system. And their after-sale service is excellent. You can always depend on them to come out and fix any issues without having to be put on a schedule. My wife and I are very happy with Royal Aire and appreciate everything they have done. I highly recommend them!”
Our heat pump wasn’t working and Darrick showed us how to operate the emergency heat. We had heat while waiting for the part to arrive to fix our pump. Darrick and Jordan came out today and fixed the problem and kept me informed of the details as they worked. They were here several hours and were very thorough. Checking and rechecking to insure our system was operating correctly. I would recommend these gentlemen and Royal Aire to anyone! Thanks again for your quality work and professionalism.

Thank you Royal Aire for providing same day service. I know it was a long day for Darrick & Cohen but they really helped us out when our heat pump was freezing up. They diagnosed the issue immediately, had the right parts on the truck, and made the repair right away. Both technicians were polite and respectful. We recently had a small ductwork job done in our home by Darrick and Conner with Royal Aire. These young men were very professional and courteous. We were impressed that they called before coming to the house to let us know they were on their way. The job they did was completed in a timely manner and they made sure they cleaned up any debris that was left.
